We eat at 6, and I go to bed at between 11pm and midnight on weekdays. Usually I have something to eat later on before going to sleep like some stewed apple, tinned fruit etc. which keeps me going easily.

Personally I find it pretty easy to ignore my hunger so I'm not sure what the cause could be if this has only started happening recently.
One thing though: never skip breakfast. Unless you wake up at 11-12, then I forgive you.
