Is drinking alcohol wrong?

I enjoy a drink every couple of nights. I like to drink at partehs and/or while playing halo 3. I don't get violent while drunk so is it a bad thing that I do?

It's not that I'm addicted to alcohol, I just like the taste of some things and being drunk makes everything a little more interesting, haha.

What are your opinions of alcohol? Do you drink? Why/not?

I hate these kind of topics. I drink couple of bottles of beer every once in a while, if people know the limits I am fine with drinking.

I drink at parties and gigs. Sometimes I'll go over a friends house or camping and drink too.

But none of the above happen very often. Probably once a month if that, I can't afford it otherwise.

Binged drinking is stupid, especially if you're doing it more than once a month.

Drinking casually, with friends or something is fine. Don't see the need to get drunk every weekend or whatever, i can have fun without it but i like having a drink once in awhile.

As of writing this, don't think I've touched alcohol for two weeks and even then it was just 2 pints.

Ok. My stance on alcohol is that I will never let it touch my lips. I am, as you may know, straight edge. (No drugs, no alcohol, or Promiscuous "you know")
However, I can understand having a drink once and a while is fine with me unless you try and force it upon me. Then i will take the matter into my own hands

I think it's fine, it makes you happy and you find things funny that you wouldn't normally find funny.

Too much alcohol however, is a different story.

Depends how much, and your reason. If your reason is because you think it will make you cool, or everyone else is, I think it's wrong. Other than that I don't really care. No, I don't drink though. I dunno what my parents opinion on it would be if I did. XD

Well, if you go and grab a bottle of Whisky and chug it down faster than you can say "I'm drunk" then obviously, no.

I'm okay with drinking as long as you don't drink too much.

Of course not.

Most people use alcohol to have a good time, possibly get drunk, have even more fun, and wake up on the side of the street. (I swear this has never happened to me O:)

) But really, alcohol isn't that bad. It, like weed, is just a way to have a little more fun while hanging with your friends.

However, binge drinking, on the other hand, is just plain stupid. Chugging down beers isn't going to solve any emotional problems, but instead make you wake up with a really bad headache and the need to **** for about 15 minutes.

I drink a shot of liquor before dinner every day. My uncle and grandfather suggest curing a sore throat with vodka. I guess you can assume that my stance on alcohol is pretty liberal, but I find people who drink for the sake of drinking as committing a useless action. I see alcohol as being appropriate for a social occasion, not something to enjoy while sitting down to a book.
