English people, what are your thought on this. I dont know much about the man, but its usually a big deal when the leader steps down.

well, he did say he was gonna step down soon, and he's fulfilled that promise.

It's not just affecting English people.

I'd rather Tony Blair than the guy who's probably gonna be the next prime minister.

Yeah me too, can't really see how Blair can just hand his job to someone else. The British public elected Blair, not Brown. So they should have an early general election.

Doesn't bother me to much. Most of the British public was expecting it for awhile now anyway. There is no one better to replace him though right now.

Well, Like the guy because after 9/11 he was the first to make a speech. He said he wound support the US in any decision they made.

People can argue all they want about who would be the best Prime Minister, but in the end it's not going to make much of a difference, we're not going to like anyone who is put in charge.
