Summer job?

Do you have a summer job? If so does it pay good?

- Ive got two jobs this summer. My first one is mowing grass around electric poles for the local electric company, its pays $14.50 and hour. My second job is washing equipment for my Aunts hubbies construction company, its pays around $12.00 and hour. Hopefully ill have enough money saved up at the end of summer to buy a new car and some upgrades for my computer.

I work at Toys R' Us. XD Part time. Mainly on weekends since I'm still in school. I get paid like $7.50 an hour. Not great but not bad either. It's my first job anyway. I'm okay with it.

not at the moment, but im thinking of getting on at the movies. pays around $11.80 an hour...not bad for a first job

I had a job last summer at a small tea room. Payed £5 an hour. That's about $10 USD an hour.
It wasn't too bad, I knew my employerr personally so I got drinks on the job and stuff

. The money also got me what I wanted.

I work in a lab two days a week, just doing general errands for the scientists. Tis interesting.

I actually worked there for a few days before the guy asked me if I had one, before then It had never occurred to me and they'd not asked me beforehand. I have one now ;p

Nope, not planning too. I am extremely lazy, I only need my computer and fridge to keep me satisfied during the two months of crazy heat outside (remind you that I live right next to the beach).

Yea I have one planned, in construction paying about $20 to $25/hour. And this will be my first job ever. Then I'll have to do taxes.. :evil:

^ Whoa do you get to ride the rides, As for me yes I got myself a summer job in Technology, IT Tech, about 19-23$ an hour I work 4 hours a day 6 days a week.

I work for a web business (RiverImage.ca). I'm currently working on a site for a client right now.
