Lame way to kill him off, why not have him die while saving the world, and he gives his life to do it? IDN, kinda dumb killing him, I dont see the point.

Its the same reason for them killing off TV characters, etc..its good marketing..if they cancel the magazine serious for a while, there will be a thrive for Captain America comic books. They know they can always "resurrect" him..

He did it for the money...the guy probly has all the original books and stuff so in the next 10 years he's just gonna sell em and make loads of money.

Personally...I was never into Comic Books. Nor Marvel anything really

I agree with many posts above, It is to make more money, and yeah many fans would be paying huge sums to get to know what to happened...I am not really into comics.
