The RSBandB Circles of l33tn3ss.
This is the thing that makes RSBandB really unique, and why i love it so much. Let me explain.
In most other forums, there is a certain divide between the mods and the normal members of the forum. The main distinction is a simple one - the upper circle contains the admins, moderators, and higher staff members; then the lower circle is just where everyone else goes.

In general, some people know of others, but dont really know much about them, stuff like that. Another generalisation is that the members in the red circle used to post a lot, but now dont so much - they just moderate mostly.
Now, here is what makes RSBandB l33t.
RSBandB has a third circle, in between the two. I have dubbed it the 'Circle of l33tness'. In this circle, everyone knows everyone else. For example, most regulars here know i am an Opera fanatic, and that Creepy wubs MQ. Those in the outer circle, however, probably dont know these things. The RSBandB inner circle, however, is slightly smaller.

I have put some names in there just to get the point accross. I consider those people to be in the Circle of l33tness, because a lot of people know them.
As you can see, there are a lot of people in the blue circle who are not moderators, newspaper staff, anything like that. Some are simple rune members, or even one or two well-known adamantite members. Of course, there are many more; so dont feel offended if you're not on that image. And just because a name is near a group does not mean they are in that group - its just a bit of a mess.
The circle of l33tn3ss is a kind of mesh between the admins at the top and the members at the bottom; which makes the whole community infinitely more friendly, and gives everyone character. On another forum, you'll probably just be more of a number; on RSBandB, you're a real person, and people think of you and remember the kind of person you are.
