I need some home remedies

I've had a bad sore throat and cough for the past 4 days and it's really getting me down. What normally makes your throat feel better?

Well 2 things that always worked for me...

Tea w/ honey..
and Or Herbal tea...that one alway helps

Warm soup helps too.

I go to the doctor and get some medicine. Its gone within a week.

Actually, I'd go with the hot chocolate. Even if it doesn't heal, you're having a great time with hot chocolate. :0

I'm an avid fan of tea... whatever the type. Drink Tea.

Oh, and take Vitamin C supplements and drink orange juice.

Perhaps even orange juice in your tea. :O

Maybe try tea in your orange juice.

There is this one kinda tea that you put like 3 drops of it in a hot cup of water.
It is called "Honey and Lemon" Herba Green tea. The company that makes it is called HerbaSway.
This stuff seriously works miricals and it taste's really good too = )

Well, if your positive that it isn't strept throught, in which case a doctor perscription should really be your first choice, then I would go with hot orange juice or tea..

You're all big babys, just ignore it and it'll go away. It's what i do, i make no attempt at curing it.

It's just something that clears itself up on it's own.

Orange juice is good.

I normally get this stuff called 'Vegetable Cough Remover' from the health food shop. It works really well. But it only works with phlegmmy coughs.

that always helped me, take some sleep/pain meds....i also got my toncals removed and my throat hasnt hurt since then and its been over a year.
