what type of music do you listen to? pretty simple huh? im metallica person!!

very very few choices..

cant choose any of those.. Im a very diverse person so i like almost all music.. Really cant stand alot of rap though, that stuff isnt even music.

But i like rock, heavy metal, and much more.. I like metallica, but dont listen to them much anymore.

I mainly listen to trance, techno, industrial, high-NRG, comedy, and classical. And some rock is okay too. I've also been listening to some drum and bass just now and it's pretty neat.

Probally rock and some of hip-hop. My favourite bands are Black Eyed Peas and Gorrillaz and I own their albmums Monkey Business and Demon Days. I don't quite know though which genre of music are Black Eyed Peas, because they have diferent kind of songs.

It's just music from today is way worse than oldies. Name me one good good band from today.

If you want to actually prove, with decent arguments, how music from 1990 on is greater than oldies, I'll accept that. But until you do, don't even try to say that.

No. Old school only refers to rap, and nothing else. Only rappers call themselves 'old school' and hardly any of them are. Even for rap, today's rap is horrible.

"Old School" rappers such as Run-DMC, and 2pac are actually half decent at what they do. Why? Their lyrics are meaningful and not only about raping people.

P.S. I do not like any form of rap, so don't assume I do.
