What's the point in shooting somebody in a warzone if you don't aim to kill? They have every intention of trying to kill you, you should have every intention of killing them.

Alright, sorry about that. Frankly, if it was a little kid. I would probably just run up to him. The kid probably forgot to load it so I would just chuck the gun to where the kid couldn't get it. If he started being annoying and kicked and punched, or whatever, I would get me and him in a car. Go to at leat 80 mph (assuming there is no cops around) and kick him out.

You probably don't realize that in the area this thread is referring to, very young kids are taught to fight and operate guns. Obviously, they would be children and you would be a soldier, but you can't underestimate them.

I'd shoot to wound, but if there was no other choice (such as he's shot my buddy and will shoot him again) I'd shoot to kill. However, like Gontcha said, killing the kid could cause an attack on your squad and more loss of life.

Well war crimes like rape happen regularly in wartorn countries, so if I shoot the kid, I'd get away with it.
