Abortion

I am against all abortion in any cases. Rape or not, that doesn't give the woman the right to kill a child. I don't care if it is just a 'fetus'. I believe it is a being from the second of fertilization.

I say its fine to get an abortion. If a person doesn't want to have a child yet they have the right to get rid of it. Its in their body and they are paying the money.

A lot people are saying that women should only get abortions in cases of rape. What about people who are responsible who use contraceptives? No contraceptive is 100% effective (except abstinence, but come on.). So my question is: If people are doing all that they can in order to prevent pregnancy, why should they not be able to have an abortion if they get pregnant?

Id say it really more what you believe in. In my mind if i was having a baby that i didn't want i would give him/her the gift of life then give him/her up for adoption.

Kyle, in a lot of cases adopted children end up with bad lives.

In the end it's the mother's choice, it's her fetus/child and if the fetus/child is being brought into a world that doesn't want it then I think the mother has every right to splash the fetus/child. The fetus/child isn't exactly setient and if the mother and father were using contraceptives who's to say they can't. You're getting in the way of others lives and obstructing someone else (supposing it isn't dangerous) makes you a bit of a jerk.

Killing the child, in certain situations, also makes you a bit of a jerk. A woman who got pregnant because the man she was with wasn't wearing protection, doesn't deserve to have an abortion.

Even though I disagree with having abortions, I can't see a law being passed that will ban abortions. There's just too many extenuating circumstances, like rape, that will sway the decision.

Having a baby is a life-changing experience and if you're not prepared for it then I guess the only choice is to get rid of it, in the end the kid won't be raised properly if it was unwanted in the first place.

I was more thinking of the guy who crashed his car into what he thought was an abortion clinic (it was actually women's health care).
