Death Penalty, For Or Against?

And if it wasn't for America Holland would not be there today or governed by Germany maybe soviet russia.....Liberal government look better because the people can do what the want. Rules have to be set and enforced. A true liberal government would frown upon murder, if California was a country murder would be legal, maybe not legal but frowned apon. People would be given second chances People like you dislike conservatism because it forces order and structure on you...It my point of view that if a man/women kills another man/women they should be executed. Americas crime rate is bad because people die on death row of old age before the are executed. Rarley people in America are executed. I have a question for you Matt, Im a man came into your house and killed your whole family would you rather him sit in prison the rest of his life with heat and air and 3 meals a day or be executed?

I know this question isn't aimed at me but I'd prefer it if he'd rot in his cell for decades instead of being executed.

Going through the same routine everyday, I'd say that's rotting. Prison isn't paradise you know. (Not that I would know)

In Singapore, prison food is eqivalent to hotel food. And Singapore's got some great hotel food.

My guess is that's why they execute offenders instead.

The laws in Singapore are very strict. But because of the strictness, it is a very clean country with actually little crime. I do think that death for drug trafficking is wrong, they should give them a high bail or something. You can end up with community service there if you spit your gum out on the street. An American boy was whipped for vandilism. But yeah, the death penalty should only exsist for murderers and those who commit serious crimes against children.
