In Oregon, California and a few other states it's perfectly legal to distribute and prescribe Cannabis for medical reasons. They had some issues with the DEA trying to shut stuff like this down in California but the hype has pretty much died down.
So it's technically illegal in the US, but in certain states it is legal. :|

Well of course some people complain, and some praise it. Its America. And everyone has their own **** opinion.
But in light of the question, I have or never plan of smoking this drug, or any, for that matter. But if people want to smoke, or drink, or get high let them. It's going to happen anyways and we might as well tax it.

Yay, I live in Portland. Yeah, it's a pretty ridiculous city.

(Not "Yay, I'm going to smoke", but a sarcastic yay. Brain damage and smelling awful just isn't my thing)
