Which one? The one by Machiavelli or Sun Tzu? Both are good books in my opinion.

Though as for the worst book I ever read would have to be Animal Farm.

Jeez, I couldn't disagree more to be honest, I thought Animal Farm was a fantastic, fantastic book. I was reading it along side 1984 though, which may have helped me see more of what was happening in Animal Farm... I dunno, I still thought it was a great read. I only read it a week or so ago...
I'm still reading 1984, and up until the point I'm at it's genius, but now the main character is reader from 'the book' and it's taking a lot of will power to read through it... :(

The worst book I've read for summer reading are: Blest the Beast and Children, Bean Trees, and Lord of the Flies. I hated those books with a passion.

Predictable????? You predicted that he was going to shoot this best friend? I doubt that.

The dog getting killed heavily hints at it, I sort of guessed it was going to go that way after he killed that woman. It's not easily predictable but its hardly unexpected either.

Brad phrased it better than I did, that's pretty much what I was trying to say.

Como agua para chocolate. Not so fun when you're not fluent in Spanish.

"Like water for chocolate" It's a novel by Laura Esquivel. It's been translated into several languages, but we're required to read it in the original Spanish. :(

I'm currently reading The Art of War.

I did too, but stick with it, it's a good book. And when you're done read (also by Pratchet) the amazing maurice and his educated rodents. :)

I didn't even know there was a movie. The book is great, though.
