Money. Because money can be collected and then used to buy something larger. It would be unfair to ask any individual person for the one larger thing - it's just too expensive most of the time. This year, I want another external hard drive - £110. It'd be unfair to ask one person for that, but if a few people give me £10 or £20 each, I can get it.

There are a few books, too. I'd like Feynman's Lectures On Computation, but there's no chance anyone will be able to get me it for christmas, as its such a wierd book.

Oh, and a new bow. My current one is a bit rubbish. I need a new one if I really want to continue with my archery. But I know I'm getting that. I've seen it.
