no it's not free and i tried it, it sucked. controls were terrible. if you want to spend 15 bucks a month, wow is better :P

it is NOT free anymore. YOu have to buy the original program for $30-50 then pay $15 per month i beleive. I played it during the beta, but didnt have the money to pay per month, haha...its a pretty solid game, lots to do...i got bored in beta only because there was a beta level cap...but...its a fun and solid game :D

It was free when I played it...I also still have the setup for the game. But yah I have to agree the controls are weird but the graphics are very good for an online MMORPG

Companies have to make money. If you don't wanna pay to play you should just pay GWs. I pay $15 a month for wow myself and I don't find it that much. When you divide it down it comes down to a few $ a week. Almost spare change really.

I hated it. I did the free beta. I loved the movies, but the game is bad. If you are going to pay $15 dollars a month, go for WoW. WoW is even better graphically in my opinion.
