Kid: :(
Mom: i'll get 5 lbs of oatmeal

-2 days latter

Doctor: it ends up the bumps were just spider bites, sorry!
Mom: PAY ME BACK FOR THE OATMEAL!

No reason to sue, the doctor told him he had a limited time to live, (which is true for EVERYONE,) not to spend his life savings.

No, for once that's a very good reason to sue. The doctor should have never made such a mistake.

Still, i've not heard a word of this anywhere and i live in the country.

I can't believe the hospital got that wrong. He should sue the doctor that diagnosed him, :\

that really sucks. but honestly i believe the doctors should at least do something to help him, they did kinda hurt him.

1. Since it was a miss diagnosis, then yes I agree with the sue.
2. I do not agree however if like he got rid of his cancer.

But yeah seriously he should sue them, he has nothing left to live for after all that really, he should get the hospital to pay him all the money he spent with interest :P

EDIT: For anyone saying stuff, the sueing for life saving things was a joke k?

I agree that he should sue for being misdiagnosed, but not the life savings.

It's not the doctor's fault that he spent all the money, it the dude's fault!

I do not agree with sueing for life savings. Yes, the doctor told him he had a terminal problem, but the doctor did not say, "so go out and spend all your money living it up."

He should however be able to get a little bit of money for the misdiagnosis.
