Pretty much what she said, in New England I'd say it's the best. I've had a cingular phone, it sucked and then the phone just had a hissy fit and wouldn't turn on.

we had a family plan with cingular and we all used the same phone and it was terrible. there were times where i turn my phone off to recharge (it's like half way) and the next morning i go out and expecting a fully charged phone, once try to turn it on it tells me "sorry no battery" WTH??? and the service in the area was terrible anyway.
