One of these items is available for pre-order now: the first ever official RuneScape novel, Betrayal at Falador by T.S. Church. This fantasy epic opens with the discovery of a mysterious woman, found close to death within the walls of Falador Castle. Sir Amik and the White Knights are determined to reveal the identity of her attacker, thought to be a monster seen attacking travellers on the outskirts of Asgarnia. The question is: can the monster really be the blacksmith Doric, newly arrived from Keldagrim?

Could be a while before it hits the U.S. ... I'm not sure. The plot sounds a little random, and I have TONS of other stuff to read, but it's worth checking out in my book. Didn't think people voted for a novel though

i would think it would hit the US first becasue the majority of players are int he US right?

Jagex are an English company.

yeah but just caz they are a English company doesnt mean that they will ship to England for a while only/first. They need to make money, and a mojority of RS players are here in US

If you want to take your Runescape dorkishness to a whole new level, then be my guest. This book will sell to the same group of players that the Halo novels sell to.

I preordered it. I'm not certain when I would get it since I am way across the US from their store. I'll give them a 4/5. There are things that I would want to know.

How many pages are there?
WHO is this so mysterious author you speak of?
Who is the publisher?

I don't really care about the Jagex store, but the RuneScape novel sounds interesting, I might get it if it's at my local book store.

hmm interesting.. idk if I'm for or against it. I never liked the idea of books inspired by games, or games inspired by movies.. etc. but then again, it's runescape =P and who knows who this author is... so there's no assurance determining whether it'll be good or bad. sooo I'll just wait and see. if people say it's good I suppose I'll check it out

It is insanely priced with shipping costs - $55 CAD
It costs $4 more than the actual book to ship it. XD
(But it costs $4.50 to ship to the US apparently :-s

)

I dunno, but none of the packages I've sent to the UK have never cost anywhere near 15 pounds.

Yeah, for Portugal it's almost the same thing. The shipping cost is almost higher than the book itself.
