Craft Death runes requires 65 RuneCrafting and have completed Mourning's End Part 2 and to craft Blood Runes requires 77 RuneCrafting and have completed Legacy of Seergaze. Law, Death and Blood runes, may also craft at ZMI altar, but you don't need to bring talismans or tiaras.

Great updates to start off February! Now I can trade up to 240k with friends ! Also since I'm runecrafting now, its nice to get double death runes once in a while.

The friendly trade limit was a fantastic idea..didn't really see much interest in the music play list though. Safe Mode seems reasonable ..all in all great updates 5/5 ;)
