Windows can break. Walls can crumble. Fences can deteriorate. With your construction skills, you can fix these problems.
Each week, random locations would be chosen, anywhere from the Varrock banks to Burgh de Rott or even the Tree Gnome Stronghold, where problems would occur. A window may be broken, or a fence splintering, or even something as drastic as a gaping hole somewhere in the wall surrounding Falador. The player can bring their own materials, such as molten glass, logs, and marble blocks. If any of these damaged structures are left unfixed at the end of the week, they will be repaired automatically with no benifit to the player. All players have the same broken structures at the beginning of the week, but each player fixes their own instance of the structures, similar to how farming patches work. The experience given would vary depending on what kinds of materials were needed and how quickly the player fixed the problem after first seeing it.
There would be an additional option to attempt to fix the problem without using any materials that aren't already there. This could result in the problem being fixed with the normal amount of experience but no cost, or it could worsen the problem and force the player to decide between using more materials than were originally required (for the original amount of base experience) or ignoring the problem which would not give any experience, but would cost nothing to the player.
