Double xp weekend

There has been a lot of debate about there being a double xp weekend. A lot of people think there is is going to be one and a lot of people who think not. So i was wondering what all of you think and why you think there is or isn't. I think yes personally because jagex said there was going to be another double xp weekend soon and i belive this is soon for them.

the did that 2 months ago. there was a problem with their calculations, and if they were to do it again, they will need to let people know because people will be farming charms like mad again

I think there are a lot of people speculating that they will not have any sort of announcement in preparation for the event.

I'm really hoping there is another one sometime soon. I'd say definitely before the end of the year.

I think there will be another double xp weekend. I took full advantage of the last one they had. Plus, since it was a success, it would be a shame if
it was cancelled.

I think it's a great idea, and would be surprised if there isn't another fairly soon- Summer holidays end in September/October, so I reckon there'll be one before then. As for announcing it, I think they'll only give a couple of days warning, if that.

I hope they do another one soon, it was immensely popular, plus I'd personally love to have the chance to really boost my levels

I don't think Jagex will put up another double xp weekend soon, it'll most likely be like another year or so when they do so again, or even another 2 years. Because THINK ABOUT IT, if they keep trowing out double xp weekends as if it was cotton candy, then people wouldn't play as much, and would just wait for another double xp weekend to play Runescape. because alot of people are filthy filthy skillers and only play to skill

I think they'll let people know in time and not just pop it up like some sort of random event.

Definately, I'm 95% sure that JaGeX have said they are looking into hosting another "Bonus XP Weekend". I'm not maxed, but personally i would not like to see another "Bonus XP Weekend", very unfair on the maxed players, absoultly kills the economy, please think... Before "Bonus EXP Weekend" was announced, Raw bird meat was possible to buy if you waited over night for it. After it was announced, it was impossible, and even after it for some weeks, people found it hard to buy and or sell raw materials. If they do, do another "Bonus XP Weekend", i hope they go around a different way, other than announcing it a week or two before, instead they should announce it 12 hours before. Just my opinion.

Yes, there is going to be another one, but many more in the future. (Hopefully, just 1-2 a year) However, there should be a buy limit for the weekend so people Cannot hoard any secondaries. (remember how hard it was to buy just ONE item for herblore during the 1st bxpw?)

Then again, I'm speculating.
