Hello and welcome to my thread. I have composed different catagories in which the construction skill needs to be updated. Please take your time to read this, and support. If you have a suggestion, please mention it and I will add it, and give you credit.

General Updates

-Have a "Follow" option for the butler
-Ability to teleport to your house WITH building mode on
-Ability to kick single players at a time
-Wider variety of Butlers
-Ability to get ANY CONSTRUCTION item from your bank (Adding runes, tools, logs for plank making, wool, rope, etc)
-Ability to see how many construction materials you have in your bank (How many planks, cloth, etc)
-Circus Costume place in Costume Room


New Rooms and Furniture
-Drop party rooms at level 80/85 with a 100k drop limit, seeing as construction is arguably the most expensive skill of all of them, and gold farmer's aren't likely to invest in it
-Different sized dining tables with more seats in the dining benches


Landscapes, Garden, and Exterior
-Choose to what type of substance you want on the ground (Sand, solid stone, loose rocks, grass, etc)
-Ability to make paths
-Ability to build a summoning obelisk to charge summoning points
-Ability to build patios, decks, and balconies, each one can have outdoor furniture, plants, and different surfaces (Different stone for patios/balconies, and different wood for decks)
-Ability to build sheds


Interior Design
-Ability to buy different wall surfaces for different rooms (Wallpaper, paint colors, wood, stone, etc)
-Similar to above, buy different flooring
-Ability to build doors where you want to
-Ability to build windows where you want to


Skill-Related Updates
-Ability to build agility courses (Yes this seems a tad much, but it would cost a whole lot)
-Ability to make a farming patch (You could make 3, any ones you wanted to, but NO trees)


Additions to Current House Items
-Ability to store circus items in Costume Room
-Ability to store quest items, in Costume Room or Quest Hall

I'm really ***** that ***** Jagex never thought of that. Still the best thing they could ever do is to make the ability to build Bank Booth.

Can you imagine how fast could be Construction XD

Nice ideas. They should have been done years ago.

wow great idea u know what they should also add like the abilty to chop trees or fish like build a pond to fish but it (the fish) would disapeer when u leave the portal so u fish for xp??

Exactly. That is one of the most annoying things about constructiuon for me.

some decent ideas in there. however not very much need for a place to stored the circus items as the ringmaster himself will "hold" any rewards earned for you (destroy and replace feature) and allows you to pick just what u want to take from him to replace the destroyed items. a costume room slot for all of it would be redundant.

the butlers already do tend to follow you around for a bit if they are holding things to give you upon their return from the bank.

the drop party room is a no, never, nada thing.
construction is expensive yes but if you allow the RWT'ers to drop anything privately, even is small amounts, no matter the loss to use that method they will use it. you forget they specialize in gettting the most gold fast. so losing a meager 5 - 10 million gp just to begin making real money offa the rest of the billions they can get and transfer this way would be a disaster.

balconys you can sorta do already if you setup your upstairs rooms so their doorways lead out on top of other rooms on the ground floor.

most of the other things all sound like great ideas if applied to the game but in order to do some of them jagex would have to unlock some of the current room structuring of the poh's that are currently in place to prevent graphical oddities in them at present.

Wow, you have some great ideas up there. I think the one that gets me is teleporting into your house with building mode on, that always gets on my nerves :x

I don't think that that's a good idea because when Constructon first came out it took the first person to get 99 3 days do you want to make it a matter of hours? (This is not meant to be offensive in any way, shape, or form.)

SUGGESTION:
I think you should be able to make your buttler make more food not just cakes and stuff he should be able to make things we can't, also.
