Highest I've hit is 82 using Dharoks. But I've seen someone hit a 90 using dharoks on Abby demons.

Its some quest, where you go into this lair and hit really high on this monster thing.

200 In the Soul's Bane quest.

I only got 200s in Souls Bane

Unless it's a different quest you hit 260 in.

That would make the highest hit I seen 254 hit on the Wise Old Man in the Swan Song quest.
By a player (not during Soul's Bane) would be 110 by sosolid2k in his second max hits video.

I hit a 240ish hit in sould's bane. Fun quest.
