I got on RS, got on the forums for a while, got back to RS and it had been updated. So I refreshed the page and found this :P a little shocking, but it was expected ... nice of them to update it on the first of July.

EDIT: Nice of the servers to go down too. Oh well ... not like it wasn't coming.

I really liked this update, except for some weird-looking textures, I thought I clicked on a Gold Selling site or something when I went to www.runescape.com, lol.
