Well..I remember the days in which there used to be a sub topic of 'Send us a message' or something along those lines on the main Runescape page, where you could type an 'electronic mail', to no specific Jagex mod, and most of the time get an automated response, but for some of the lucky ones, an actual personalised response.
After the Summoning update, I noticed that it was gone..why? I thought it was a great help, you could get a helpful answer to pretty much any question. So Jagex, what happened? I loved the fact that at the end of a personalised message, one of the more cheerful moderators would slip in a joke or something.
I think that the reason might have been that straight after the summoning updates, you probably would have gotten a lot of 'g1v3 u5 b4ck w1ld3h pl0x or 1 b0mbz ur 0ff1c3 l0l0zz0l', but it's mostly died down now, and people have moved on, So why not put it back?
I'd love for an actual Jagex moderator to respond to this...
