Getting a pet giant crab

Needed

Level 40 summoner.
Level 32 slayer.
Fishing explosives - bought from a slayer master (I used 20 but a friend had to use 60)

First you need to obtain a broken crab token. Which you get by killing Mogres at Mudskipper Point (down from Port Sarim)

Use the explosives to draw out mogres until you obtain a crab ticket.

Once you have a ticket head over to Port Khazard and speak to Murphy to get a set of diving gear. He'll then take you to the underwater Mogre camp.


Head to the back of the cave and talk to Nung who will give you a baby giant crab.

How did you find this out?

Took me a while. First I went to the mogre camp and talking to everyone there without any luck. Then thought it would be worth trying the only other spot there are mogres. Got lucky here, someone was killing Mogres and told me they'd been told you get a ticket there. I'm guessing the first people to get crabs were those who've been testing the skill over the last month or know someone who was doing that.

'Purchased from a Mogre' - prety poor instructions ever from Jagex.

Thought I'd tell people how to get the crab and avoid getting annoyed.
