It's pathetic. I remember appealing on an old account for macroing and they replied saying "We have conclusive evidence that you were in control of the account at the time."

If I was in control of my **** account how the hell was I macroing?

They may have been all done personally at one time; and then with such a big update they didn't have enough man power to answer them all personally.

Exactly, I think they only automate messages when they are resieving so many of the same questions that it would take forever to actually personly answer all of them. I think that when they get the question like 10 times or more they make an automated message for it.

Its kind of sad the automated messages never even answered your question. They just pointed you to a place that wont even be helpful to you.

I once sent a message thanking jagex for banning all autoers and they sent me an autoed reply talking about scams lolololol.

Even though the first message is probably a lie even not in these situations, how was he supposed to know that there was going to be a large volume of messages at the time to make it impossible for Jagex's small staff (even smaller due to vacations) to answer them all at the time of his reply?
