Really awesome idea. Couple it with South's 5 people minimum, and it is quite sensible.

thing is if gold farmers acualy went and made a lvl 80 construction person

There wouldn't be much of a problem with many gold sellers getting to 80 construction. Why?
1) It costs WAY too much of the money they want to sell to get 80 construction.
2) If they get caught, all that time and money is down the drain.

But what did such a Teuton afterwards look like when he had been "improved" and led into a monastery? Like a caricature of a human being, like an abortion: he had become a "sinner," he was in a cage, one had imprisoned him behind nothing but sheer terrifying concepts... There he lay now, sick, miserable, filled with ill-will towards himself; full of hatred for the impulses toward life, full of suspicion of all that was still strong and happy. In short, a "Christian"... - Twighlight of the Idols

I love it. Great idea.I would definitely do some drop parties. I have never even hosted a drop party in my life. I wish Jagex would implement this. :D

yea i would consider adding QP requirements for the lisence instead of just buying it. it would add a second barrier to autoers becuz most autoers dont want to bother with quests and if they do they might as well be playing the game fairly and raising gp lol. maybe have it similar to the new trade update.

just a suggestion :)

This is great idea. And if only with high construction lvl, then you can drop items in the box, that will take care of bots. I dun think any bots want to waste time & money to train construction.
