Zamorak: weapon is on fire. every successful hit deals 4 extra damage to your opponent and 2 to you.
Saradomin: weapon shines with white light. enemies accuracy is reduced by 3% for every hit combo. if you miss, they restore 5% accuracy.
guthix: glows green and steams like a fire giant's head. boosts your attack by 15% and lowers your opponents by 15%. in balence, raises opponents defense by 15% and lowers yours by 15%.
only one enchanted weapon at a time, or its set default to a specific weapon.
charge lasts for only 500 attacks, then destroys the weapon maybe?

For saradomin it could possibly also have a 20% chance of disarming your opponent for 2 or 3 seconds. Saradomin would have no special attack.
The zamorak one could possibly a special attack that gives 15% attack and strength for a short period of time (maybe around 10-20seconds)
The guthix one could have a special attack where you get the (combat) stats of your opponent *only works on other players*.
The charge would of course have to be less than 500. Maybe around 300-400. The weapon would be destroyed if you didn't recharge at some dangerous alter with high level npcs guarding it. It would be members only and would require 5 more attack levels then the normal, uncharged weapon.
