Assisting makes me feel good =P

So I assisted what most people would call a noob, but I kinda found it fun.
Idk he asked nicely so I agreed.
*I needed a break from fire making anyways. XD

ya u get the xp and they get wat ever they made. like if u lend them the skills to make power amulets they get the ammulets and u get the xp for the product made..

PS. where is a good place to offer ur skills to ppl i want to check it out but i dont really know where is a good place to try

Every single time I've accepted an assist request it's been a waste of time.

In the kindest possible way there to stupid to level up themselves and there to stupid to figure out the assist system. Jagex needs to dumb it down cause the majority are clueless.

If the person is not that up to date on the new announcements and if they just started then they would obviously not know what they are doing. It's not because they're too dumb to know how.

Yes it is. How hard can it be to assist offer, me accept, go and use my level for what you need?

It's like claiming the retards that offer me a bloody rune large when I'm clearly trying to buy a rune plate are excused cause there new as well.

You do have to know what you want to do if you need assistance, otherwise you will be wasting the other person's time. I've tried to assist a few people, and they just walk away and never tell me that they're done.

I've also been helped by a higher level crafter, and I've helped a few people in Herblore. In those cases, the assist system was turned off once the other person was done. Another words, we didn't waste each other's time to just sit and think about what could be done :wink:

I've done only 1 real assist. Shane assisted me to make a Sara brew

Assisting people only really works with assisting nonmembers. Members are pretty high to get what they want. (at least what I see)

u can assist non members thats pretty cool didnt know u could do that.

but i assit ppl at the magic trees all the time.. its not to bad getting a bunch of free xp for just sitting and talking with my friends in clan chat

I agree. Assisting is nice. I can properly multitask, and get a lot of free experience in stats I'm too lazy to train.

Not only that, but people like me for that.

Thank goodness they made that system. I have too many people ask me to use my skills to make them stuff.
