What I hate

I hate the noobs who walk around, and see me, a level 3, and go, "omg reported! die you autoer"

I wonder how many reports Jagex has on me now

The last person got really angry with me, because after he walked by and said he reported me for autoing, I told him that I had reported him too. I am really getting sick of people reporting me.

Is it just me, or do people seem to be "report happy" with their cursor always over the report button, hoping to get the all coveted player mod position.

I mean, in all honesty, have any of you ever seen an autoer in the desert hunting? People really need to think things through :s

No. It's not just you. It's an obvious problem, and Jagex isn't helping. (Apparently) They don't even do background checks on people they allow to become player moderators. I guess if they frequently send in reports, they get modded.

They're are people who will report for reasons without a hint of seriousness, but Jagex can't tell the difference anyways, causing unfair actions to take place. (Sounds oh so familiar XD)

I really don't see the point in telling someone you think is macroer that you reported them either.

I have no idea why people don't realize that not every level 3 is a macroer. If you see one lone person you suspect to be a macroer, why not look for other signs? Or even just look them up on this hiscores and see what stats are ranked?

To help not being reported, try getting at least up to level 4

Exactly, but then again, I am willing to bet most people who play, not all mind you, but a vast majority of them, don't think things through, or don't think at all, they just do whatever pops into their minds, regardless of whether or not they have any proof of anything.

I would, but that would defeat the purpose behind my account. It was created with the idea of it being a level 3 skiller.

They cant do real background checks. One, its illegal where they are, and two, invasion of privacy.

And they DO look at your report history and all that good stuff.

This is what happens when you can't control who plays. younger people see higher levels and feel like they have no control. they can report, so thats theyre control, they want the crown so those pesky high levels can stop calling them noobs. its everyones fault

Look at the word before the sentence that you decided not to quote. "Apparently". I never said it was a fact. It is what I've heard.
Jagex did not help me in queries I've sent to them asking if they checked the reports. So, as Jagex's answer to "Do you check the report history of player mods" is "Please do not ask to be a mod through the query system.", I will believe what other players and player moderators have told me.

I was generalizing when I said background checks. I meant look at the reports, see how many good reports, see how many people they reported for obviously kidding, see how many reports didn't make sense. Take snippets of their chat and see what kind of person they are. And if that's illegal, I guess they were breaking the law when they "must of been reading your chat and caught it themselves".

lol this is o so familiar. when im at the yews or magics ppl really like to talk but i dont cause im watching tv and stuff. so they say they report me for being a macro b/c im not talking. its so stupid it really does seem like they are going to get high praises from jagex for reporting ppl. i mean im a lvl 89 not that high but u would think that some1 to work hard enough to get this high wouldnt risk it by macroing.

also half the time people actually tell u that u are reported they really dont do anything most people like myself when i go to report them i just keep letting them run there mouth or whatever and report them without them knowing it so that that if jagex reviews it then there will be substacial evidence to support it.

Honestly, I also report ppl for JUST the same reason, i want to become a player mod, but seriously, I don't know why.
But I'm allways careful who i report and why.

Macroers range from 3 to ~80's, so nothing will really help (if you don't believe the higher levels, check out green dragons :roll:

Autoers go higher than that. I've seen some 95s and even some 100s out there acting like autoers. I attacked a few thinking I could score some free dragon hides but they just stood there?? and then ran at around 30-40% health. One even teled. :shock:

And if you look them up they have stats and not always combat skills.

LOL That's funny they have to waste their time getting those skills and they get banned eventually.
