Does Total XP or Rank Matter to You?

What do rsbanders think of the above statement? Does total level & rank means nothing to any of you?Does having high levels and xp means that you have no life?

Well, you (for example), have a lot of levels that have reached level 99. I wish I could play sometimes for as long as I want and 'no life' for a month straight. I respect someone with higher levels than me because it is something I am not able to achieve. I honestly dont care about my rank, I only care about competing with myself. Having high levels doesnt mean you have no life, it could mean you are just an efficient player or that you enjoy playing the game. Many people lead exciting lives and still live full lives. I dont judge people because they have high levels. Sometimes I think we all want to get away from our real lives and burrow ourselves into Runescape.

Exp or rank means jack.

Rank is nothing, i don't see why anyone would care about it unless they was in the top 20.

Exp is nothing either, you can train one skill none stop and have more exp than me, big deal. I had some idiot a few days ago laugh at me cause he had over 100mill exp and i didn't. When i looked at his stats he had two really high ones and the rest sucked.

Does that make him any better? He had more exp than me and was a better rank in those skills.

Course not, he still blew he was just a moron looking for an ego boost. Levels are all that matter.

Uh, I like total level. EXP is cool to see how much you work on something.

I couldn't care less about total XP or rank. If the game is that much of a competition to someone where you have to compare experience with everyone you meet it's a bit sad.

imo, once you get 99 in everything, done all the quest, minigames, and diaries, etc, theres no reason to play anymore.

besides, im content to having fun and talking to my friends here on rsbandb.

I set XP goals for myself mainly so yes, XP is important to me.

i dont care of me total it improves by time also as i have 99 rang i still using it ect geting xp maybe in it rank means alot to me coz i whant to become top 1k ranger in time ill play game so no nolifing here and having 99 might not be no life i trained ranged normaly havent pced toked hell alot time coz i trained like 4 hours day soemtiems even 1 or less but i think to call person no lifer first find out how long he playes rs.....

It makes no difference either way. This is a game, and therefore, I will work on what I choose to. I don't remember Jagex telling me I had to meet someone else' standards on what I do in-game.

I care about my levels, yes.
And I sometimes check my XP just to see how much I've gotten in the past few days.
