There is xp for "level 100" but once you pass it your level still stays 99. It's somewhere in 14M, I dunno the exact amount though.

Here's my suggestion:
- When you wield your skillcape, the skill stays 100/99 and regenerates cape to 100/99.
or
- When your got 14,391,160 exp (exp needed to level from 99 to 100) the skill stays 100/99.

The exp for level 100 is 14,391,160. It'll say that in game, and will continue to say "next level at 14391160 exp" even after you reach that experience. :wink:
