Should I Return?

I probably haven't played RS for about 4 months since I got Xbox Live. I know there's time for both, but the big difference is I have a ton of RL Friends who play Live yet only 1 or 2 on RS. Even though, I'm still contemplating right now whether or not I should return to RS or not. Have there been any good Updates in these past months or anything fun to do that would be a nice incentive to return?

I quit after Hunter came out and I have that around 55 or something. So nothing big came out at all in 4 months? Gosh, at least Gears had 3 new maps.

Thie Achievement Diary is probably the largest update as well as around 8 quests. The dark bow, dragonfire shield, improved crossbows and bracelets. I am however, not the only one expecting a fairly large update since game engine updates usually are a signal for major updates. Player owned shops maybe?

Check in two weeks and if there isn't a large update then stick with XBL.

See, updates to the game engine means that the game has been updated to allow something which was previously impossible. So we can rule out summoning, since nechryaels do that. Player Owned Shops and Randomly Generated Scenarios are on my mind. :$

Id say do as I do and check RS about every monday or so for the update, and if it sounds interesting maybe you could log on a bit to check it out. That way you can keep playing XBox Live and still see whats goin on.

Yeah, an Engine Update does sound like something big in the works. And since it is Summer adn I have all day and I do miss RS, I may start playing very so often. Just need to get my Membership back.

Ya come back you'll be able to slaughter mithril dragons while wearing your dragon full helm and at night you can sleep in your 30room house while admiring the magic logs that look different!

Stick with XBL. Once you started playing online games like Gears with friends you just can't go back to RS.

I tried.

Just isn't all that great, way to boring compared to hearing friends joking and having fun while blowing someones brains out. XD

Why don't you just go on Runescape when you feel like it? You can go on it every now and then it doesn't have to be all the time.

Plus There been few updates nothing major, yet.
