Read the behind the scenes april fools article, I think the joke had some truth in it. Please read the whole of the first post.
1) Red cabbage rune - blood runes.
It says Aubury will sell them.
Planned for 2014. Look at the number closely. Add all 4 digits together and you get the number 07. Then, if you use the 1 as a / symbol, you get 20/4, which means 20th april. I think blood runes will be craftable on 20th April 2007!
Maybe aubury will sell them on a nonmembers world, making blood runes open to nonmembers, but only members can make them, like nats. "Cabbages for everyone", must mean blood runes for everyone, meaning nonmembers. The new spells they talk about could be new blood spells for nonmembers, so they cant use the good members ones but can still use bloods.
If you read Tarn's diary, he says Lord Draken needs blood, and blood runes will be crafted in Morytania. Therefore the laser to make cabbages grow bigger which you get in the quest must be the blood talisman.
You have to find the blood talisman in the remote city of canafis, and shadow city of mei... (city lord draken lives in). This will help Lord Draken to make his own blood, not needing to get it off everybody else. You will make blood runes in morytania.
2) They mentioned a new fierce quest, a new hard monster, a new helm, plate and legs for defeating the monster. They also mentioned discovering fierce areas of runescape.
I'm sure this means crystal armour. They didn't mention a shield because we already have crystal shield. You could get them from a new quest in that town you can't get in, in the elf lands.
Note there are normally 2 quests a month, I just mentioned them.
3) The easter event is hard to work out. Something to do with eggs I think. I was thinking of a use for those eggs from bird nests, it mentions coloured eggs.
