High Score List

Has anyone noticed how high of levels you need for most skills in order to be on the high score list? I think it's really time for Jagex to add more spots on the high score lists?

Currently the top 1000000 people in a skill (above level 30) are on the list.

Here are the levels of the person at rank 1 million for each skill that has that many people ranked.

Attack - 60
Defense - 53
Strength - 61 (Highest)
Hitpoints - 59
Ranged - 47
Prayer - 38
Magic - 50
Cooking - 55
Woodcutting - 58
Fletching - 30 (only p2p skill with 1 million ranked)
Fishing - 55
Firemaking - 41
Crafting - 42
Smithing - 45
Mining - 55

I like it. It makes all those swiftswitch users who look up your stats while you are pking, obselete...because your pure doesn't have any stats on the high score list.

I would prefer Jagex began pruning their player base. It is getting way too large and there are multitudes of multi accounts from macroers.

I think it is nice that it is getting higher. SwiftSwitch is now against the rules again, due to direct linking to RS Pages.

This isn't a discussion about SS, it's against the rules so get over it. (Also I believe any discussion on breaking RS rules is also breaking rsbandb rules.)

I hated getting my mining and smithing up to get them in the highscores, Mining at 55 is due to auto-nubs. Without Auto's I'd guess at about 47.

What ever happens, I don't care. I think it should show everyones levels no matter what level, but have the rank say that their not good enough in the skill to have a rank. I think they should split it up though. A seperate hiscores for members, one for F2P, and one thats everybody.

Mining isn't that hard...it is just boring...if you don't have a problem with boring skills...you won't have a problem with mining.

You do realise hes saying they should raise the amount of people in the hiscores for a stat from 1 million to something higher?

And in the top 1 million. That's why I only listed the skills that had 1 million ranked players.

All stats on list, FTW.

Well I think if they made the list any bigger, Jagex will become more lagged due to the memory that will take up to remember over 24 million names (1 million for each skill and 1 million for overall.)

I like it at those levels. It makes we want to keep leveling so that I can get on there, and since it's rather high now, then it'll help me train my char.

I think they should increase the rank level to 2 million.

I know you can have 50 str and attk and not be ranked. good for pures and stakers...
