A Runescape Paradox

So the thought just came too me...what if you have attack off just as you are getting attacked. But the thing that is attacking you isn't strong enough to kill you (i.e. you are lvl 99 hp and it is a chicken). Then you get logged out...what happens...do you have to wait till the next update to log on?

If someone comes along and kills the chicken it will stop attacking.

Ya, but I don't think most chickens are in a multi attack area...one chicken to one person.

Its attacking you, but your not attacking it. Therefore, no one can attack you since your being attacked, but anyone can attack the chicken since its not being attacked.

NO, even if you are in a multi combat place, if you lose connection, after like 1 minute it will log you out.

I dont know how, but I have experienced this before.

actually since you are being attacked and have retaliate on you will attack it thus killing it and therefore the 10 second rule applies. trust me

Someone could kill the chicken. Also, if you close the window, you log out after one minute, even if you're fighting.

Sorry, when I said "attack off" I meant retaliate off, and ya I guess someone attacked the chicken because you hadn't attacked it. Still it could go on if no one was around. I don't know Ranging God...I think it waits longer than a minute...maybe there is a cut off though...

well it depends what you are fighting, if you're fighting a big monster odds are it might last a little longer than a min but trust me when you click on the X and you're in combat you will log out within a min or 2.

What happens when you don't click on RS for ~ 2 mins? = You log out

Same goes for if your being attked and you go away from your comp, assuming that it doesn't kill you in that time period.

EDIT: Wtf if you had 99HP then it wouldn't attk you anyways

You'll log off, but your profile will get attacked, then a random might come, and kill you, or your profile will just go inactive after 5 min

Okay my bad...so you are in fally dungeons...very high def...lvl 50 or so cmb...a lvl 32 scorpian attacks you. Is that better?
