My view on Runescape

Ok, I want to see your views about runescape, simple

My view after I quit the game :
It's a great game, accessible to anyone, with great communities linked to it but the only thing you do is clicking...all day long...click. The runescape difficulty has moved from hard to easy, because of the Jagex marketing, they want to atract low to mid level players so they focus the game on their needs. This greatly spoils the game for higher level and older players.

Addicting, simple, amazing Java game. Many rude and annoying players, but with many nice players that it is fairly easy to make a good friend if you wanted. Many enjoyable skills, but they can get repetitive after a while. However, I find the world is too small. Overal its a great game in my opinion.

Yes, addicting and life-sucking. This game literally sucked hours and hours out of my life. All those half-wasted hours that I could have used on something else that would have benifited me more. However, RuneScape has tought me some things that I can use in my dady-to-day living. I'm glad I conquered the addicition and gave it up.

My oppinion of RuneScape is you can easily make a new friend. I have made many friends who I actually know in real life, on RuneScape! In real life, I am so insicure, but in RuneScape, no-one can see my real life face, which allows me to be more easy, more relaxed and be able to talk to people who could live in Asia, Canada, Russia, anywhere in the world!

RuneScape has helped my insicureness level to lower a little bit and I am showing more of myself in real life. It's not like someone is going to come up to me at school and say "Dude! You are that guy who goes "Woodcutting owns!!!" all the time! Hahahaha! You're a moron.", RuneScape can teach you about more things than just finger speed, it has taught me about Yews, Mahoganys, Teaks, Willows, Oaks, Maples, and other things in life I hav'nt found out yet.

RuneScape is one of the best games ever, and I will never abandon it.

Addicting and cheap, but controling the urge to play is a vital lesson as you will have to learn it somewhere in life at sometime.

It can just be something you do in your spare time. People take it too seriously (t3h z0mg t3h p1x3lz 4r3 mai 1ivelih00d!@@!12@!!@!@!@) and macro, (OMG burn em all) hack, scam, flame, (just like the famous picture says... "Arguing the the net is like competing in the Special Olympics. Even if you win, you're still retarded.) no-life, etc. I try my best to ignore it, report rule breakers, banish as many macroers as we can on AMC events, and just have fun. I know the graphics might not be entirely appealing... but that doesen't matter. It's very finely crafted, and Jagex did a lot of wonderful research and put their creativeness into the computer. Also, there's RSBandB and AMC which are made up of very kind people, who are overall awesome.

Yes, that is true and I'm afraid if jagex will make a very hard quest with actually hard monsters that some players might underestimate them.
Like me for instance, I barely pray, I take lobsters as food, no prayer potions, no super sets.
I jagex makes that kind of quest, I'll die, I'm sure of it.

It's.. err... a time waster. The ingame community sucks, as do the graphics, the gameplay is clicking in patterns, and the only satisfaction I get out of it is that I got a better total level than my brother in 4 months - and he's been playing 3 years
