I currently have never been warned/given a blackmark on RS.
I have one official and one unofficial warning on RSBANDB.

I have 0 in RuneScape. Two unofficial on RSBAndB for my signature being to large, both in the same day. It was too wide, I was an idiot and thought it was too long. :P

Mhm, one or two on RS, but that was when they had the three-strike system thing. So it may be more or less compared to others.
