Ok, since i used up my appeal, I searched the site for something that I could use as a second chance. And I found one: The comment service.
I clicked on "complaint". Basically, I didn't want to appeal again in fear of losing my charactor altogether, so instead I made a complaint saying that Jagex punished me too seriously. This is what I wrote:

Recently I have been permanently muted for minorly breaking Rule 11. I am sorry, but I think the punishment is too extreme. If I said a URL in a crowd, a permanent mute would be understandable, but telling it to one player by PMing after they ASK for it? I've had a clean record for 7 years before this one little incident that I didn't mean to do, so why did I recieve such an extreme punishment?
I could only type 400 characters, so this was the best i could come up with.
And I got a response. This:Mod Matt P wrote:
Dear Alex 43,
Thank you for contacting Customer Support about the status of your account.
As you know, the Rules of Service within RuneScape are written with the best interests and security of our players in mind. Unfortunately, you did not follow these rules, and were caught in breach of the terms you agreed to when creating your account.
Because of this, your account will remain muted permanently.
We do not restrict you from starting another account, and continuing within the world of RuneScape, though we do ask that you learn from your past mistakes and follow more closely the rules we have in place.
I am afraid that our policy on this will not change, and we would politely ask you to refrain from contacting Customer Support any further with regards to this issue.
We wish you every success in the future should you choose to return to the world of RuneScape.
Yours Sincerely
Mod Matt P
Oh ... my gosh. They didn't even READ it! Yes, I was aware I broke the rules. I just SAID that I knew I broke the rules. They didn't answer my question as to why the punishment was so extreme compared to other events that might have resulted in the same thing.
That's Jagex for your information. Go figure. Anyone out there had this case where Jagex didn't even answer your question when you spoke to them in that 400 characters box?
