I got permanent muted! Shocked!!!!

I got a message saying i have been permanent muted.
Why??? Because i broke Rule 13 - Asking for Personal Details

Please understand before reading the evidence, that any human with at least 1 IQ can clearly see that i never wanted to ask for personal detail, all i wanted to know is the general time in his area for my party!!!!!!

Here is the conversation with the player that reported me.

******: Hi, I was told by a friend you are having a 10m gp drop party
wiz126: Yes thats right! who told you that?
******: O just a friend, his name is *******
wiz126:O thats cool i think i know him
******:So when is the party and at what time?
wiz126: well the time i am still thinking but the day is on monday.
******:What will you know what time it will be in?
wiz126: I have to think about it
wiz126: I have to know when it will be a good time for many players not only me
******:kul, I really wonna come
wiz126:What time is it now in your country?

Jagex's staff should be wiped out and replaced by Rsbandb members, to get rid of this idioticness.

Why not appeal?

Just paste that, or the persons name included, in the report and they'll realise how moronic they were.

Jagex takes their rules a little to serious. Pretty soon they will ban you for the smallest things like:

Whats yours nickname?
Have I seen you around before?(as in Runescape)
Did you really find that money on the ground?
How long have you been playing?
