Xxx Neo Xxx7 lost his first place spot?! How?!

To our belief, when Xxx Neo Xxx7 was the first to max out a skill at 200m XP, he couldn't be passed. Well HE GOT PASSED. How? Maybe the game keeps track of XP after you max out, and Gilliard got more? I dunno..what do you think?

yeah maybe the game keeps track of xp after 200m and just dosnt show it.

Jagex said that this will not happen, but knowing jagex, It could be due the alphabetical order ( G comes before X)

No, Neo had the first place rank and Jagex said he couldn't lose it because he was there first.

Or at least i think they said that. I'm pretty sure they did.

I was reading a thread posted by Neo in the Rs Forums a little while ago. He was basically ranting about how his spot got moved. A J Mod,not sure which one said he was gonna fix it. It's just a mistake on Jagex's part...

perhaps the other person went far enuff over 200m on the last item fletched to pass him? for example: the first person just barely would have passed 200m on the last item he did, and the other guy was at 199,999,999 xp when he made the last item :?
ether that or maybe they do keep track after 200m
