How much did you spend on construction so fare?

I allready spent 5.5M on contruction and i am only lvl 60 (stacking up for lvl 70)

I am woundering how much did u guys spent.

200k, I made all the planks by myself (I just cutted the logs, talk to the guy and he made them for 100gp each, the one which is north-east of varock). And I am still only 32 constructing right now. Everything else I made myself. But I got all that cash back easily, so techinacly I didn't lose any cash at all.

Ok I think it would also important to add that you can make great profit. Today I cutted 500 teak logs, turned them into planks. Sold all for 1mil. That covered all the cash I spended and construction and plus I got more cash. I would suggest a lot of people just to get some cash first, before starting doing the skill itself.

about 25k. i did some oak log cutting and pretty much made it all back then i bought a new room
