Doest this situation suck...

Ok your pking with a bunch of friends owning our in lvl 50 wild. You attack one ranger who then logs at the rouge castle. Then a few min later reinforcements come and attack one person that is in the front of the pack. They shoot double arrows specs and dds specs and you do not have time to protect item? So you then lose one of your most expensive items the Abyssal Whip.

Yepp thats what happend to me :oops:

Yea sounds like a bit of a lure.. if i get attacked by a team i know i can't win against i just die asap to stop them smiting me, and i always have item protect on during combat if i have my whip with me.

That may be so. But you should stick to a rule i follow. Don't gamble what you can't afford to lose.

I'm gonna go pking in full bronze from now on :d

I also never pk with whip, d scimm isn't as good, but it is much cheaper and safer if you pk in multi.
If attacked by a team, you should just drink pray pots, turn protect item on and die... Like Brad already said.

Alrite...he wasnt a lure because he was lvl 111. Now I bet he was scouting to see how many people would be out there. Everyone died...which sucked rangers are strong in groups at multi

I always bring whip when I pk. I know I will be able to protect it except for that time. We were in multi thats why I died. If we were in single combat I would definatly kept it hands down. I dont really care I can get it back whenever I want I have full dharok and torag I can just sell either and get it. But I'm just gonna fletch and alch or just make nats till I get it
