It is ok to talk abouyt Zezima Punisher, it says nothing about not doing it in the rules. The thing about posting about Zezima is that it often turns into pointless flame wars or spam and gets locked.
On the topic. Zezima does talk. I saw him/her in person not too long ago, mabye 3 weeks ago or so, and I said a friendly hi to him/her and I got a response.
