autoers, how do u report em?

i think ive come across some autoers. They all have the same clothes that is the first choice in character creation. They are mining rune ess, and they always go to the same pillar. They always take the same route. There is no chance it's a coincidence. I don't think that reporting as macroing will work because it only sends a 60 second snap shot which wont help.
I would appreciate your help in tryin to stop th macroers

Well I'm not sure if you know this or not but the software jagex is using can detect them no problem. This or I don't know if jagex are joking about banning so many people. The reason they havn't banned them yet is because they haven't gotten to them yet. Beleive me just keep reportin for macroing.

I dont think it's macroing.. you'd need to assume that the teleport to rune ess stays in the same place, that you always teleport to the same exact spot etc.

Its just highly unlikely macro-ing software would work for this.

I think they're autoers..You probably shouldn't worry about reporting them,because they will eventually get banned

I still think that there is a way to programme macroes to walk to a certain pillar regardless of where they're teleported to. I highly doubt that it is a coinidence. You need to use common sense when dealing with macroes and if you happen to be mining ess with 3-4 people (whose character appearance is identical) who are following an uncanny pattern of MACRO-NESS there is only one plausible situation. But when in doubt, try to start a conversation.

technically the macro report does alot more than just a 60 second snapshot. however i cant go into detail about the entire process, just know if u think they are a bot report them (rule 7) jagex can sort it out from there.

anubis - it's actually very easy to make them goto the exact same spot no matter where they end up getting teleported to as they are just set to walk to the same grid space within the small area and search for the mine option most often.

lol, hi people im new, but i usually hang around in like world 1 and if i see 1 autoing, i usually report them under macroning, but usually theres mods hangin out there and they dont talk so people dont know their like actually mods

report them, so Jagex will have fun deleting your post and continue making some easy and short quests and update good-looking but not really useful Hiscore Table.. anyway i meant report them even if your report isn't really important.. that's always something to help honest players to get in hiscores because they worked hard for it.. huh?

The Customer Support team and Content Developers are in completely different sections.. So really regardless of what updates are released it's not going to affect the amount done about the macroing situation.

And reporting them is an important part of speeding up the ban process for the autoers. I'm sure eventually a lot of them would get banned even if not reported, however I'm sure it helps a lot.
