That would be against the rs rules so I hope he doesn't mean that.

Anyways if you want some places to train then here are a few. Tey caged monsters such as the jails at Port Sarim or the lesser demon on the top of Wizard's tower. As for spells, I an not too sure about what the best one would be, just start by using the strongest one you can use with the level then choose one that is fast xp and does not require many rare runes.

so get to a decent level trainingonly def. get some wizard's robe start casting spells do something so you can buy the runes and keep casting.

I have had a mage pure, get yourself a lot of runes, either make them or buy them, buy all elemental staffs (all but air). Thats because you can make lots of air runes compared to fire, etc.

Then I went to al kharid mines, maged scorpians until 35 magic (this was in defensive until I was 20 defence)

After that, I'd suggest you go to the lesser demon or greater demons.
