Okay, i know some of my Guide's can be boring, but if you listen to music or chat with someone, it will go by alot quicker.
Okay, to start you need about 1 or 2 very trustworthy noob friends, once you have that put it aside.(Note*When i say noob i mean VERY nooby, like 10-20 or something) Now, you need to work on getting about 50+ Mining, once you have that, put it aside. Now, tell your Noob friend(s) that you will pay them 10k or so if they agree to take iron ore from you and put it in their bank. Tell them that once they Each Collect 1000 Iron Ore, to tell you. Once you have that 1000 Iron Ore from each of them, pay them each 10k. Then I suggest you go to Varrock in world 1, and sell the Ore for about 90-100gp each. An easy way of mining experience, and money.
Then, if you want to keep doing that, then feel free to go ahead. Once you hit 70 or so Mining, you will be able to get Coal quite Easily, and since you are very close to a bank, just run there yourself and deposit it. Mine as much Coal as you like, and sell it for 150-200gp in World 1.
Note*I suggest that once you are able to get into World 1. Bookmark the login screen, the reason being is that World 1 is almost always full.
