IMO I think that individual filters would be a good thing. If they're younger than 10 or so their parents should be keeping tabs on what they go to and if the child changes the filter the parent can change it right back (but of course thats only if the parent checks)....when i was 10 my parents knew the username and pass to EVERYTHING i had....all my games, e-mail addresses...EVERYTHING, but of course that might have been just them :?

u kno what would be sad..... getting banned for saying something u dont mean, like when u type something thats not the offensive word u are saying however, the others may think that its something offensive.. then get banned... that would suck.... =\

ya...thats happened to some of my friends...but even if u post to jagix about it they might not always give the account back so what if it is wrong?...what would u do?

I dont kno, how they would judge it is if u have blackmarks, and if so, for what abuse... etc.. but i dont think many would make a big deal about it as long as u correct it quickly.
