Lessers or Ice Warriors?

Enkidutorix and i have been having a fight over which monster to train on...please help us come to a final decision on which monster is best to kill concerning food, drops, and experience:

Well it depends on your combat lvl i guess.... I personally like training on lessers because im p2p and its less crowded =) :P

Ice Warriors use less food, so I would go with those, plus if you stay a long time, you get more stuff, like runes
